I always get random bursts of motivation like :
“you weigh 178 right now… 9 more pounds and you could weigh 169!! in the 160′s!!!”
and
“think about it. you have come 20 pounds, go another 5, 10, 15, another twenty!!”
And it just makes me happy.
Best feeling is when your pants start getting wrinkly bc they’re too big, your bras become too big, your close fit clothes become baggier and baggier. So don’t give up. One day your clothes will be too big, and not you.

ive done lots of research, and if you stick to a 500-800 calorie a day diet, you can lose 3-5 lbs a WEEK. no cheating, no binging. that’s WORTH IT okay? i could lose 20lbs in a MONTH. 40 in TWO! be skinny as fuck by summer time. 💕
